Why isn't the fish identification working?
Make sure you have a clear, well-lit photo of the fish. The fish should be the main subject of the photo with minimal background distractions.
How many free identifications do I get?
Free users get 1 fish identification and 1 location search per day. Premium users get unlimited access.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through the App Store according to their refund policies.
Does the app work offline?
Fish Identifier requires an internet connection to identify fish and find fishing locations.
